Chinci is a comic project. For questions about this website or your personal information, use Contact Chinci.

Reading the comic

You can read the public comic without an account. Your browser may remember choices such as reading preferences, sound and cookie consent in local storage. You can clear these choices through your browser settings.

Website operation

Our hosting system processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and errors. This supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose Accept analytics. If you decline, our optional Analytics integration stays off. When enabled, Google Analytics processes information about visits and interactions and may use cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits.

Use Privacy choices on the website to change your analytics preference. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy and information for partner sites.

Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled on Chinci. We retain Google AdSense ownership-verification metadata, but do not load the advertising script or request advertisements.

If advertising is enabled later, we will update this information and the relevant consent controls first. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Personalised-ad preferences are available through Google My Ad Center.

Contact messages

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use them to read and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.

When available, the contact form sends these details to FormSubmit to forward them to our inbox. FormSubmit may process technical information and use an anti-spam check. See FormSubmit privacy information. Our email provider also processes delivered email under its own policies.

Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent. We review requests in light of applicable obligations and any information needed to resolve the enquiry.

Links to other services are governed by their own policies. This page will be updated if Chinci's use of information changes.
